Worth. We ventured to the Stockyard section of town and ate at Riscky's B B Q. The Longhorn cattle drive came down the cobbled street and everyone was standing in line on the street to watch. The restaurant has open seating outside near the street so you can watch as you eat.Riscky's Brisket Bites $11.99. Our famous smoked prime brisket, cut into bite sized chunks and dipped in homemade batter, deep fried golden brown, served with our new barbeque Ranch dressing.
